Vampiro: Angel, Devil, Hero goes to Monterrey
Vampiro: Angel, Devil, Hero is the first documentary release from Odessa
Filmworks, and will be screened at the Monterrey International Film Festival August 16th to 23rd, 2008.
The Monterrey International Film Festival aims to promote a cinematic culture by showcasing the best new cinema from around the world. Thousands of filmmakers will meet in the city to share their cinematic expressions and their diverse points of view. The Fesitval anticipates extensive international press coverage and media promotion in addition to the large international audience that will be in attendance.

Smash Cut moves into Post-Production
Zed Filmworks latest feature film, Smash Cut, has officially moved into post-production. This authorized homage to the films of 60's gore-meister Herschell Gordon Lewis is a blood-spattered satire of filmmaking. It's the story of horror-film director Able Whitman whose career is on its final reel. He realizes that sometimes great art requires great sacrifice. And the director always has final cut!
